1: in “Assigned Shortcuts” portion: select (highlight) current shortcut or add new shortcut
2: in “Action” portion: select (highlight) menu “Action”
3: in “Key” portion: select (highlight) keystroke field, press keystroke combination.
4: optionally enable "global hotkey"
5: press "Apply"
