Description
A decoder for Quite OK Audio Format (QOA). Supports any channel count, the specification documented streaming format, tagging, sample-accurate seeking and allows overriding format-specified default channel mapping with WAVEFORMATEXTENSIBLE_CHANNEL_MASK tag field.
