An array of utility DSP effects and additional upmix options.

Description

Contains the following utility DSP modules:

  1. Add Noise
  2. DC Offset
  3. Sample Offset
  4. Gain/Scale
  5. Upmix (additional modes over ones provided by fb2k 1.4)
  6. Stereo Balance
  7. Set Sample Rate (without resampling, thus changes playback speed/pitch)
