			If you use a recent version of the Windows operating system, it is recommended that you use this setting. This is the native interface which comes with every Windows since Windows NT and is sometimes called [[wikipedia:SCSI_Pass_Through_Interface\|SPTI]] (SCSI Pass-Through Interface). As the name implies, this is the native interface for direct communication with the drive and despite of the name, this interface is also used for non-SCSI peripherals (IDE/ATAPI, USB, Firewire, etc.).
