&lt;div&gt;This is a very clear explanation of the rather poor EAC menu labels.  Can I suggest, though, that using the term &amp;quot;Index&amp;quot; for a duration can be confusing.  Maybe you could include an actual (single WAV) cuesheet for the example, ie (if my maths is right)&lt;br /&gt;
