Introduction

What is Ableton Live? Ableton Live is a commercial music sequencer that is designed to be an instrument and a live performance tool for composing and arranging. Live was rewritten in C++ from a design in MAX/MSP a graphical editing enviroment and released under a commercial license in 2001. It is popular amongst the electronic music community circles and with DJ's worldwide.
